The British boxer will face Jake Paul in an eight round contest which will be streamed in real-time on Netflix.
British boxer Anthony Joshua said he will "overwhelm entirely" the American and "overpower" his opponent as the pair came face-to-face to promote next month's boxing match.
Ex two time world heavyweight champion Joshua meets social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, theoretically, a huge mismatch - at Miami's Kaseya Center on December 19th.
Fighter's Mindset
"I will damage his features and hurt his body. I aim to demonstrate I'm superior," the British boxer, 35, stated.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's how fighters think.
"I intend to seriously aim to hurt him. That's what I want to do."
Civil Exchange
In spite of those words, a relaxed Joshua and internet personality Paul - usually recognized for his dramatics - were respectful and remained civil with each other.
Paul rather attacked former Joshua's rival the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian turned down a bout proposal.
Taking Aim at Fury
Joshua, at the same time, took aim at British rival Tyson Fury - and refused a £1m bet 'The Gypsy King' states he will put on a victory for Paul.
"Jake Paul is better than Tyson Fury - he's actually sitting here," Joshua commented.
"I acknowledge that."
Legitimate Fighter
In spite of declaring he will hurt Jake Paul, Joshua chose not to talk badly about his opponent's fighting skills.
"Jake Paul is a serious fighter," he said.
Paul's History
Paul - who initially became famous on the Disney Channel - has mainly fought mixed martial artists or past-their-prime fighters since becoming pro.
He was defeated by Briton Fury in last year.
Commercial Attraction
Still, the relative newcomer is still one of boxing's biggest financial successes, regularly earning substantial financial rewards.
Prediction and Belief
The 28 year old forecast a knockout win in rounds four or five and stated he would prevent the much-anticipated Fury-Joshua bout, which is reportedly being planned for 2026.
"It will be myself against Tyson Fury next year," Paul stated.
Size Disparity
As the two fighters participated in the usual face-off, with their physical disparity evident, it drove home just how surprising this entire matchup is - and how amazing it is that the bout is truly happening.
